The production process of copper strip:

3. Cutting: The complete copper strip is pulled by the hanging rope, placed smoothly on the special cutting table, cut off by the cutting wheel saw, and then polished by the copper strip washing machine to smooth the uneven surface of the copper strip surface, which is conducive to the flatness and smoothness of the copper strip surface.

4. Hot rolling: The cut copper strip is heated at a high temperature of 1000 ° C, then hot rolled, and pressed into a copper strip with a thickness of about 2.3cm.

5, washing: each copper block after the initial rolling step down, due to the presence of surface impurities, in order to avoid affecting the quality of the finished product, it must go through the sealing furnace and then washing procedure. The washing area is divided into two pools according to the acidity. The high concentration is 6-8 degrees, and the low concentration is 3-5 degrees. The medium red patches produced on the surface of the copper rod and copper strip can be washed away by the acid solution of the water washing pool, while the dark red patches are removed by the iron fine hair brush during the water washing. After this series of treatment methods, the copper strip obviously shines the inherent luster of the copper itself. If there are still red patches and red patches during the same rolling process, it is still necessary to repeat the washing step. During washing, the acidity in the pool should be checked regularly, and acid should be added in time to avoid insufficient washing due to low acid content.

6. Rolling plate: the rolling plate area is divided into 180 first rolling and 110 middle rolling according to the wheel roller. According to the different sizes of various rollers, the hot rolled down copper strip burned by the sealing furnace is processed through the above two steps from rough to fine processing.
